How to delete your data

Use one or more of the options below to remove personal data and end your use of DuoVision.

Delete your account in the app

Note: When your account is deleted, your personal data, analytics history, and Instagram connection are permanently removed from DuoVision.

Note: This immediately stops DuoVision from accessing data through your Instagram/Facebook authorization.

For deletion requests or other personal-data requests, email destek@duovision.com.tr.

Note: Include your full name and the registered email on your DuoVision account. We aim to process requests within 30 days.

Note: Invoice and billing records may continue to be retained for up to ten (10) years where required by applicable tax and bookkeeping law.
